Lebsili jewelry is made with care and inspected before each shipment.
You have a legal period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the jewelry has never been worn and is returned in its original, intact, and sealed packaging.
Any item that has been worn, tried on, handled, or whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned or refunded.
In case of an order error or a defective item upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: contact@lebsili.com, attaching a photo of the item concerned.
