2. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") define the rights and obligations of Lebsili and any customer making a purchase on the website www.lebsili.com
They apply without restriction to all online sales of jewelry, accessories, dresses and handcrafted creations,

3. Products

The products offered are described and photographed with the utmost care.
The photos, texts, graphics and visuals presented on the site are non-contractual and may vary slightly depending on the screen.
All models, visuals and creations presented on the Lebsili website are the exclusive property of the company and protected by the Intellectual Property Code.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The customer is advised to check the details of their order before validation and payment.
Once the order has been validated and paid for, a confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer.
Lebsili reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a manifest error, fraudulent payment or payment incident.

5. Price

The prices displayed on the website www.lebsili.com are expressed in euros (€), excluding VAT (not applicable according to article 293B of the General Tax Code).
Delivery costs are shown before final order confirmation.
Lebsili reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order, via the secure payment methods offered on the online store: Credit card (Shopify Payments) or PayPal (if applicable)

Payments are secure and processed by Shopify-approved service providers. Lebsili does not store any banking information.

7. Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within an average of 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment.
Delivery is provided by Colissimo or Mondial Relay (at the customer's choice during payment).
Delivery is possible in France and internationally.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the chosen carrier.

Lebsili cannot be held responsible for delays or losses of parcels attributable to carriers or customs services.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds

For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted for jewelry and accessories (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, sets, headpieces, etc.) in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

In case of order error or defective item, the customer must contact Lebsili within 48 hours of receipt at the address: contact@lebsili.com , attaching clear photos of the product concerned.

After verification, an exchange or a credit note may be offered.
No refunds will be issued without prior agreement from customer service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of a preparation error on the part of Lebsili.

9. Intellectual Property

All visual and textual elements present on the site (photographs, models, drawings, texts, logo, graphics, etc.) are the exclusive property of Lebsili.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited and may be subject to prosecution in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

10. Responsibility

Lebsili cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse or lack of maintenance of the products.
Jewelry should be kept away from water, humidity, perfume, and chemicals to preserve its shine and durability.

12. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time.
The applicable version is the one in effect on the date the order is validated by the customer.
